Final TPM in Larissa, Greece

On October 17-18th, 2025, Innovation Hive hosted the final Transnational Project Meeting of the Ready4School project at its offices in Larissa, Greece.

This final meeting marked the successful completion of two years of fruitful collaboration, creativity, and innovation among the project partners from Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Ukraine and North Macedonia. Together, they celebrated the project’s achievements and the valuable results developed throughout its implementation, which can be found on this website.

During the project, partners created a variety of educational materials and practical tools designed to support:
-Special education kindergarten teachers,
-Professionals working with children with ASD, and
-Parents and caregivers,

helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) transition smoothly to primary school by assessing and strengthening their school readiness skills.

The Ready4School project stands as a meaningful contribution to inclusive education, offering innovative resources that foster equal learning opportunities for all children.
