Obuka se bavila jednom od najkriti\u010dnijih faza u ranom obrazovanju: prijelazom iz strukturiranog pred\u0161kolskog okru\u017eenja u novo i \u010desto manje poznato okru\u017eenje osnovne \u0161kole. Za djecu s PSA-om ova promjena mo\u017ee biti posebno izazovna zbog promjena u rutini, novih u\u010ditelja i nepoznate dru\u0161tvene dinamike.<\/p><p>Projekt Ready4School odgovara na ovu potrebu razvojem i testiranjem alata za procjenu vje\u0161tina spremnosti za \u0161kolu kod djece s PAS-om temeljenog na dokazima, a istovremeno pru\u017ea odgojiteljima prakti\u010dne strategije za inkluzivno obrazovanje. Polaznici su sudjelovali u sveobuhvatnom programu koji je kombinirao teoriju s prakti\u010dnim aktivnostima, a obuhva\u0107ao je:<\/p><ul><li>Uvod u primijenjeno upravljanje pona\u0161anjem i autizam<\/li><li>Kori\u0161tenje alata za procjenu spremnosti za \u0161kolu i mobilne aplikacije Ready4School<\/li><li>Prikupljanje i analiza podataka za informirano pou\u010davanje<\/li><li>Vje\u017ebanje strategija intervencije<\/li><li>Prilago\u0111avanje materijala kako bi se zadovoljile razli\u010dite potrebe u\u010denja<\/li><\/ul><p>The training addressed one of the most critical phases in early education: the transition from a structured preschool environment to a new and often less familiar primary school setting. For children with ASD, this shift can be especially challenging due to changes in routine, new teachers, and unfamiliar social dynamics.
